Privacy and cookie policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit villahorizonte.es, send us an enquiry or book Villa Horizonte, and which cookies the site uses.

Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Oskiera Nieruchomości sp. z o.o., ul. Grzybowska 87, 00-844 Warszawa (PL), CIF N0373550C, the owner of Villa Horizonte, Carrer Praga 78, 03509 Finestrat, Spain. You can contact us at biuro@estateatelier.pl or +48 501 529 052.
Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, we receive the data you enter: name, e-mail address, phone number (if given), dates, number of guests, language and your message. We use it only to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request before a contract).
The form is handled by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc., which forwards it to us by e-mail. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a booking means we must keep them longer under tax or accounting law.
Bookings
Bookings are handled by our rental operator Holiday Trip Spain Benidorm S.L., Avenida de Europa 8, Local 42, 03503 Benidorm (ES), NIF B22948327 in its IdoBooking reservation system. For the data you enter there, including payment details, Holiday Trip Spain is the controller and its own privacy policy applies. If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, their privacy policies apply.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you open a page, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some photos from SmugMug, so your IP address reaches these providers when the page loads. On larger screens the booking calendar is shown inside the page from the IdoBooking system, which may set its own cookies.
Statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4 (IE) to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used – for example clicks on the booking button and enquiries sent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Statistics are kept for 14 months. If you reject, no statistics are collected.

Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Just write to biuro@estateatelier.pl.
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or the authority in your country of residence.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
